The Engineering Management Honor Society Symbol

The Engineering Management Honor Society is proud to establish the lighthouse as its symbol. This symbol of the lighthouse is meant to signify the enduring guidance and oversight Engineering Managers bring to technologically oriented organizations. Just as the lighthouse shines to aid ships in determining direction and avoiding rocky dangers, this symbol serves as the Engineering Management students calling to illuminate the complexities of system integration and project development so that organizations are able to plot their futures and navigate through a dynamic and

multifarious environment. The lighthouse symbol represents the principles of guidance, strength, leadership, and responsibility, which guide the Engineering Management student’s transcendent cause of excellence.
