Program Overview
The Master of Science in Engineering Management program prepares engineers to lead and manage teams, projects, and organizations with technical workforces to meet strategic objectives. Students will increase their engineering management knowledge to enable them to develop and deliver new products and services to create value for their organization and customers.

Admission Requirements
The Master of Science in Engineering Management program is open to students who have earned a conferred bachelor of science in engineering degree from an engineering program accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET (or equivalent accreditation and minimum 3.0 GPA in the last sixty hours of completed coursework or cumulatively. Applicants with a GPA between 2.5 and 3.0 are encouraged to apply and considered on a case-by-case basis.

Tuition Details
- $60 admissions application fee and NO out-of-state tuition.
- Tuition is $303.88 per credit hour. All courses offered by the program are three credit hours.
- Distance Technology Fee for all online courses is $50 per credit hour or $150 per 3-hour course.
- $30 Off-Campus (For non-OMGT/EMGT engineering courses)

Career Outlook
The Engineering Management program offers coursework that is suitable to all engineering disciplines, as well as those in business, science and technology. Our program is designed for engineers wanting to advance into a technical leadership role and teaches skills necessary to manage people, money and projects. MSEM graduates are among the most versatile professionals spanning across numerous industries, including Northrup Grumman, Lockhed Martin, JB Hunt, American Airlines, BAE Systems, and all branches of the U.S. Military.
