International Annual Conference Overview

The ASEM International Annual Conference (IAC) is a dynamic event packed with industry tours, technical sessions, expert-led panels and workshops, cutting-edge research, knowledge sharing from industry practitioners, a collaborative student case competition and so much more! At the IAC, you will connect with industry professionals, academics, and emerging leaders as we explore innovations, share best practices, and tackle real-world challenges in engineering and technology management. Whether you're an experienced manager or an aspiring leader, there's something for everyone at this can't-miss event.

The conference generally runs from Wednesday to Saturday and consists on in-person and virtual portion. The in-person portion runs from Wednesday through Friday, and the virtual portion is on Saturday. Below is an overview of the general schedule. The time will be the local time where the conference will be.

Wednesday

1:00pm - 5:45pm: In-person technical sessions, workshops, and panels.

6:00pm - 8:00pm: Welcome Reception; ticket provided with paid registration
Industry Tours: The time of the tours are dependent on the organization and will be announce when the conference registration opens.

Thursday

8:00am - 5:45pm: In-person technical sessions, workshops, and panel.

11:45am - 12:45pm: Lunch Keynote or Panel
6:00pm - 8:00pm: Social event for networking.

Friday

8:00am - 5:45pm: In-person technical sessions, workshops, and panel.
11:45am - 12:45pm: Lunch Keynote or Panel

6:00pm - 9:00pm: Awards Banquet.
6:30pm - 7:30pm: Engineering Manager of the Year Keynote

Saturday

8:00am - 1:00pm: Virtual Presentations Only
