Important Dates for Authors and Presenters

Technical Program Deadlines

These are the deadlines for authors/presenters who wish to submit to the technical program:

• Extended date: March 22, 2025: Abstract submission for technical presentations, workshops, panels, and tutorials due. (The abstract has a word limit of 250 words.)
  
• April 7, 2025: Abstract, workshops, panels, and tutorials acceptance notification
• May 19, 2025: Paper submission for double-blind peer review (Optional if presentation-only). 
• • Proposal for workshops, panels, and tutorials also due.
• June 2, 2025: Peer-review for submitted paper begin (only corresponding authors who had submitted a paper will be assigned to review two papers.)
• June 16, 2025: Peer-reviews due.
• June 30, 2025: Paper acceptance notification. Workshops, panels, and tutorials acceptance notification.
• July 14, 2025: Final paper submission due.
• July 28, 2025: Final paper acceptance notification.
• August 4, 2025: Early Bird registration ends.
  
• August 11, 2025: Presenter registration deadline.
• August 25, 2025: Preliminary technical presentation schedule published.
