Technical Program Deadlines

These are the deadlines for authors/presenters who wish to submit to the technical program:

• March 15, 2021 (Deadline Extended from March 1, 2021)

• • Abstracts for technical presentations submission
  • Abstract for workshops, panels, and tutorials due
• March 29, 2021 (Deadline Extended from March 22, 2021)
• • Abstract acceptance notification
  • Workshops, panels, and tutorials abstract acceptance notification

• June 7, 2021 (Deadline Extended from May 31, 2021)
• • Draft Paper submission for double-blind peer review (Optional if presentation-only work) [Template and instructions]
  • Proposal for workshops, panels, and tutorials due [Template and instructions]
• June 11, 2021 (Deadline Extended from June 7, 2021)
• • June 11: Peer-review for submitted paper begin (only corresponding authors who had submitted a paper will be assigned to review two papers)
  • June 28: Peer-reviews due
• July 12, 2021 [Update: July 14, 2021]
• • Paper acceptance notification
  • Workshops, panels, and tutorials acceptance notification
• August 2, 2021: Final paper submission due [Template and instructions]
• August 9, 2021: Final paper acceptance notification
• August 16, 2021: Presenters registration deadline
• September 6, 2021: Preliminary Technical Presentation Schedule Published
