Presenter: Annmarie Uliano

Some well-known examples are PDCA (plan-do-check-act), DMAIC (define-measure-analyze-improve-control), agile, waterfall, 8D, and A3 thinking. This webinar will focus on the A3 framework and how it can be used to enhance your ability to understand and solve problems. History, framework, and a case study will be covered in this session to equip attendees with the basics of A3 thinking to start applying it in practical ways to your engineering management approach.
